The Catalogue of Local Inclusive Public Policies is a digital tool compiled by the CIPDH-UNESCO that gathers, sistematizes and promotes local public policies' experiences with a human rights' perspective implemented in Latin American and Caribbean cities.
This practical tool is intended for local governments in Latin America and the Caribbean. It proposes actions and/or policies to adress international migration from a human rights-based approach and in line with the 2030 agenda.
The CIPDH-UNESCO offers technical support to cities in latin america and the caribbean in order to implement the handbook for local governments “the sdgs and cities. International human mobility”.
Every year, the CIPDH-UNESCO honors local public policies in Latin America and the Caribbean that advance equality, diversity and non-discrimination. Aiming to strenghten key aspects to build more democratic societies, the CIPDH established the CONSTRUIR IGUALDAD Award, which highlights local public policies from Latin America and the Caribbean that outstand in matters of inclusion and non discrimination.
